The Toronto chapter of the BBWAA handed out its annual #Bluejays awards this afternoon and, just as #Jays did when they voted themselves, George Springer is player of the year and Kevin Gausman pitcher of the year.
Springer also won Most Improved and Ernie Clement got the John Cerutti award.
