Yea i dont see a shortage of slimy lawyers who would rather take the case and find a way to rig it or help the company politically manipulate the laws to escape trouble either. Unless the animes in question from the ai dub fiasco sue theres not even a case for a comapny lawyer to stand up for.

I mean i feel like the whole nonconsensual ai dub from Amazon with banana fish , and the other ones is already a prime spot for them to take Amazon to court and make it hurt. Meanwhile everyone's to afraid to sue these giant companies and they just keep getting larger (like netflix and WB merging)

And without any kind of consequences or penalty for these types of horrible actions (like the ai dub from amazon) against both creators and the fans all they have to do is go Oops and then try again. We need laws that make it hurt them and have some kind of risk for every attempt they make.

Im afraid the reason might be as simple as to see if their newest choice of AI making program can slip by the rest of us. Its just constant testing and fine tuning till they get away with something fully.
