- Political prisoners & exiles after the 2017 referendum
- Systemic obstacles to freedom of expression & assembly
- Criminalisation of peaceful dissent
These are not signs of a healed democracy.

Spain is the only country in the world that remained ruled by an openly Fascist regime after World War II, and the same regime set up the "democracy" after the dick-tator's death.
