Kenta Kobashi lost his first 63 singles matches in AJPW and became one of the greatest to ever do it.

I couldn’t be happier. For main the US, WK9 was the first time the event was pushed heavy here. Tanahashi vs Okada was an incredible main event that followed an awesome Nakamura vs Ibushi match iirc.

Okada back for the most special of occasions just feels right.

Consumption is one sided. We’re fed the absolute worst there is in order to keep us distracted.

Every so often, you see a glimpse of light, or change. But it takes a community, the collective, to want that change.

Side two: Most of those four couldn’t win the biggest prize or defend it, therefore, holding top titles elsewhere is proof AEW is where the best wrestle b/c those 4 couldn’t be the best in AEW.

Reality: It’s a show, just entertain me.

I want them to headline WK, but it won’t happen. I’d take Okada being Tanahashi’s final opponent, but don’t think that will happen either.

I will be mildly disappointed if Billy Gunn doesn’t show up to motivate the team fka The Acclaimed.
