Stupid question: Exactly how is BlueSky being funded? They don't have ads, they don't have subscriptions, and Dorsey has bailed so they don't have a billionaire backing them.

It's interesting who's come over- a lot of ID, Pulm/CC, EM, Psych. I haven't seen many/if any Ortho, Gen Surg, CT Surg, NSGY, etc.
Mirrors the breakdown of political affiliations by specialty, to be honest. Kind of sad.
