Take things one step at a time, find comfort in those close to you. You've got this, creature!

Save matters of self expression for your close circle and those you feel comfortable around... n' when you feel you're in a comfortable spot/feel like you can "pass" (if that is your goal) basically nobody will bat an eye.

-not in the loop. Wearing loose fitting or baggy clothing can help mitigate the more obvious changes when they present themselves. I can't speak on any public methods of self expression via clothing/cosmetics as those are, obviously much harder to play off but you can do a lot in the interm. -

As someone who has been transitioning for the better part of half a decade I can say with some confidence there are major steps you can take without tipping anyone outside of those you want to know off about your decision. The effects of hrt are slow/gradual and generally won't be noticed by anyone-
