It's ironic, but with no control over borders, or method to initiate lockdown & no powers for furlough, they did alright. No mention of politicisation of pamdemic by unionist politicos & MSM. But yeah blame scotgov.🤬

It's weird. In Engish PCR positivity figures it looks like there are many hotspots around, but Scottish wastewater figures (a weeks delay) have been zig-zagging/declining. Are we back to having numerous mini pandemics I wonder? It's all quite a confusing picture.

Latest covid wastewater figs for 🏴. We are still at elevated covid levels. Levels dipped a bit in last weeks figs, but are back up again now. Not as peaky as last summer, but still at elevated levels. Data valid up to 18 Sept 2025. Will we see a dip of will this continue to climb into winter? #covid

And the likelihood of this being true? Culture wars certainly just got dialled up a notch. I mean really? It smells of complete made up nonsense to me. Lefty, pro lgbtq, anti fascists don't exactly go around with sniper rifles let alone engraving bullets. Yet the right will swallow this up.

We are in the middle of a summer covid wave right now, although not as high as last summer (yet). Wastewater data is lagging by 7-10 days. Scotland still tests and logs this data.

They only just recently pushed through some deprioritisation of 2nd class mail. Only going to be delivered on certain weekdays. Ofcom agreed to this. USO going to be next target probably.

I think we know what Alba party was about - perhaps unwittingly but a Union Unit project. Usual divide & rule tactics. Got their way in the end getting NS (the threat to union) to stand down. But persecuting trans people became more important for them.🤦♂️

The guardian article on a detainees ICE experince is fascinating, but the key part for me is this, these are privately owned detention centers, they make Govt money from detaining people. The longer the detention is the more profitable is is for them -
