Experiencing psychic damage that a teen going buckwild listening to The Middle now is the equivalent of student me at Rock City air guitaring to Kashmir or Sweet Emotion

Also taken slightly aback that even as a card-carrying Xennial I was comfortably amongst the youngest there. I'll always take it over being the eldest, just a tad surprised

All the reviews I've seen of his Roundhouse show last week read like they're written by cult members. I'm sure it was a good show but can't remember the last time I've read returns so gushing (and all referencing the crowd's buzz of the "hot ticket")

Good ones I've listened to this year:

Either the entirety of Inspector Morse or Agatha Christie’s Poirot, the best TV gets. Scott & Bailey is good too (pretend Season 5 doesn't exist)

Went to this today, agree completely - found her war photography particularly strong and the way it built upon her surrealist roots to try to express the inexpressible. The raw sensuousness of her work with Man Ray too, really fantastic. Have you been to Farleys House? Well worth a visit and tour

Television was on their 2014 reunion tour so not really in their pomp, but still fantastic. Think they played all of Marquee Moon, exactly what you'd want really. Glad I had the opportunity, same with James Brown - he would have been in his 60s but a surreal experience all the same

Is it an ordered list or just 10 good 'uns?

Genuinely never heard of Aespa - as clued in as I'd like to think I am, there's always a stadium level band who have completely eluded my radar

Regret never making the effort to see REM
