As someone who is still working my way around to mods, I appreciate the recent support for vanilla stuff I've seen lately. It definitely has discouraged me from doing more in the past so it's good to see it being addressed

Yeah, seeing both encounter and job design streamlined and simplified, the direction isn't for many. Generally I'm cool with making one easier if the other is harder to compensate.
