Very productive baking prep day: 2 fruit fillings and 5 doughs in the fridge. Baking starts tomorrow after a quick outing to grab packing supplies.
Also productive in that I finally get a chance to start Critical Role Campaign 4 while I’m stuck in the kitchen for hours on end 😄

When the recipe calls to brown half the butter, I brown all of it because I am a browned butter fiend.
Note to self: chop the chocolate first so you don’t realize halfway through mixing you forgot, frantically start before the batter is done, then make a chocolate dust mess on the floor.
