Today we honor Saint Raymond of Penyafort, a Dominican priest from Catalonia, Spain. A brilliant canon lawyer, he placed his legal mind at the service of faith, helping shape canon law and promote preaching and reconciliation. He served the Church with clarity, wisdom, and mercy.

Today is the memorial of Saint André Bessette, a Canadian religious brother known for profound prayer and compassion. Through his devotion to Saint Joseph, many healings were attributed to his intercession, and his legacy lives on at Saint Joseph’s Oratory.
