Things are still developing, and the results of the per rollam voting will give an indication of the future direction of the EAA, as will discussions stemming from the upcoming extraordinary meeting scheduled for January 9, 2026.

The brief opinion letters are meant to be a platform for EAA members to express their opinions on recent events and controversies surrounding the 2025 Belgrade AM, and which should seek to present suggestions and ideas for the future trajectory of the EAA as an institution.

Further details will be sent 15 days before the meeting. Any related voting will be performed per rollam with notice of at least 30 days in advance. Please note all members registered in 2025, including those who have not yet extended their memberships into 2026, will be able to attend this meeting.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consult EAA Members on the future direction of the Association, with a particular focus on potential amendments to the Statutes, a review of internal guidelines and processes, and the development of EAA policies and external communications.
