Everyone knew this was going to happen. Everyone. For months and months. My question is how have the Dems prepared? They had to have thought this through and have a plan. Lawsuits filed. Subpoenas issued. Judges on standby. Media blitzes. All should be starting today. Let’s hope it happens.

That did not do it for me. Maybe you think a passive voice is enough. I don’t. But I do respect and appreciate the discussion. I feel we are dealing with a very tough situation and there is no one way to address it. I also feel we are on a precipice. Things can go either way right now.

Some are doing some things I like. Overall it is not enough in my opinion. You seem to be focusing on power or control which for sure limits what they can do via legislation and procedures. This all started with Jeffries choice of words (should). I want someone to inspire and motivate.

You don’t need a majority to make an impact. To build a unified party message that resonates. Just look at what Trump is doing on TV right now. Will there be a Dem rebuttal? On national TV during prime time? Do you need a majority to do that?

Republicans. Great questions by the way. What about the first two years of Biden’s administration? Could more have been done then to hold Trump accountable ? When it was clear Biden was struggling at the end of his term, could a pivot have been made earlier?

I can give you an example. Jack Smith just testified that beyond a reasonable doubt Trump tried to overturn the 2020 election. It’s been a year since he had to drop that investigation. Why are we just hearing about this now? Just one example of many where more could have been done.

I feel like if I say something you don’t fully agree with, you are confident enough in your beliefs to challenge and debate with me in a public forum. That is what I want. I want them to call out the hypocrisy and criminality with their full voice without fear of retaliation or retribution.

I respect your opinion and wish I could agree, but I don’t see it that way. I don’t think he is doing enough. I don’t think the Democratic Party in general is doing enough.
