Third year of the (St)Orto project! It's nice to see that the process of soil regeneration allows our plants to live almost independently. Since 2023, we've had the privilege of cultivating these 50 square meters, learning from the food we eat. Thanks to Alice,Tito and Victor, a long-time partner.
