I can give some good news at least. Stooges Bar and Grill is outside of the fire zone (circled green).

One of Trump's many "let them eat cake" moments.

You too can buy a MAGA bot farm. Smarter and more compliant than the real thing.
Prices start at $400 (plus tariffs).

Maga hats will be seen with the same revulsion as the Nazi swastika. It's no mistake when red was chosen.

Orwellian.

Might as well include the long passage.

That's because their F35's aren't really submarines.
Or are they?

If anyone asks how the hell does someone who lives over a 1000 miles away know wtf those drop-in barriers are. I go by these every week or so at Lock 8, Port Colborne, ON, CA (Welland Canal). Same thing.
September 12, 2025 at 3:31 AM
They should put in surge gates at the lock, like on the Lake Ponchartrain (1) and Lake Borgne (2) ends. That way it uses the existing Mississippi flood defenses.

The maintenance barriers (3) will do during construction but that's about it.

It's a change in procedure.
Before de minimis, Incoterms were negotiable, normally recipient paid (DDU).

De minimis made things duty free.

Now no deminimis and customs forces DDP. Most mail services and carriers aren't set up for this and most vendors won't bother.

That isn't the UNCLOS definition of piracy, and warships are immune.

The key is "committed for private ends ... by a private ship".

US isn't signatory to UNCLOS but USCode uses the definition.

It's wrong but FIIK what statute and where it falls under. War crime?

We loaned him a couple of these... more useful than any second hand cast-off flying palace.

Abacus?
They're currently an anomaly vs Nanos (to tends to slightly bias right.)
Also private polling is questionable. He who pays for the poll sets the question, and polls have become a form of voter manlpulation / suppression.

In the 1930's The Nazis also told the Jews to "self-deport."

Many had nowhere else to.
They ended up in concentration camps. Until the Final Solution, when they were exterminated.

This IS where the USA is headed.

This chart (from the story) is really telling, alarming, concerning.

This has echoes of an ice warrior from Dr Who, third doctor (Jon Pertwee) The Curse of Peladon, 50 years ago.

I will always prefer paper ballots, even if they're machine generated (mechanical / electronic). That way, you have a paper audit trail and a quickly tabulated electronic data set for early results.

Then again, I'm partial to paper ballots... mark your "X" here...
