Sally doesn’t meow at me she just beeps and I go “oh?? yea??” and if she does it a lot (she’s a Maine coon) I’ll ask her why she’s yelling at me.

And! I installed a medicine cabinet. There was already a place for it they had just covered with an ugly mirror, so it wasn’t too difficult but the hole was a lil wider and taller so I had to work to make it level and hide the hole as best I could. But I did it myself!

I hung up a lot of stuff in the pursuit of unpacking. In order to not punch more holes in walls it’s mostly using the command Velcro strips. More fragile things are bolted down tho.

Today, I unpacked! All that’s left is the trinkets in these boxes and all the stuff from my condo is done. Then, it’ll be time to figure out what to do about everything in the (shared, family) storage unit.

I’m hoping this rainbow film (originally on the front door of the condo) will keep my robot vacuum from “seeing” outside. We took all the rainbow film down from all the windows in the condo, so I’m eventually going to cut and reuse it but ehhh I have other things to do first lol

This week a hinge snapped on the cabinet that hides the trash, so I took the upper doors off (which I intended to do from the beginning) and took two hinges to fix the door. The landlord special meant I took all the screws out of the hinge and the door stayed up still.

I painted two of the last three rooms while my brother Played Electricity, all I have left is the hallway which is mostly doors to be honest. I’ve started to hang some of my stuff up but I’m not sure where to put all of it just yet.

Every outlet in this house is loose so we’ve been Playing Electricity and replacing them but also the breaker box was mostly unlabeled so we fixed that. (That’s my actual handwriting, which apparently looks typed if small enough) ((pro-tip, use isopropyl alcohol to remove the shitty labels))

I love my tile bathroom, you can pry these coral pink tiles from my cold dead hands. I couldn’t find the matching Hall-Mack hand towel things that matched the towel rod so I got different Hall-Mack also from the 50s
