I love the view from my balcony. There aren’t many apartments in province that have balconies and have balconies with a beautiful view.

I like to try to root plants I see in the wild. I think this is a Japanese privet, but I’m not sure. But look it has roots. I’m so excited. of course, now it’s a tricky time when I put it in dirt and hope that it survives. Wish me luck.

I’m still amazed that I grew these on my balcony. I won’t ever have enough to sustain myself, but I will eat these & enjoy them tremendously. I love planting seeds & watching things grow. My rent has doubled since I moved here 12 years ago, but I can’t find another place that has a balcony.
