The thing is, the US economy when it comes to restaurants has functioned on tipping wage for so long, adjusting the wages to what they should be would throw it off. I have over 5 years in this industry, I’ve seen what happens when wages go up. I can only imagine *this* adjustment.

If they pay their employees what they deserve, your menu sky rockets. Then guess what? People gonna complain about how much eating out costs. Sighhhhh…

I love the main thing you can tell from all of these, Owen always on that video grind 😂 But as someone who’s been following both Apo and Owen since before Outsiders, all their stories are amazing. Each one is unique and worth checking out for a multitude of reasons.
