WIP for a new piece. Initially, I wanted the carriage to go through the forest haunted by forest nymphs. But then decided to draw a palace courtyard. Sometimes things don't work and take an unexpected turn! Next, I will work on the floor, add some more details, floor and the characters.

"Ole and The Nerds" :) The artwork shows a group of people in a decorated room. There are 3 adults and three kids in the image. Adults are placed above the stairs and children play in the foreground. In the background there is a building inspired by the Saint Basil's Cathedral with a three-headed dragon (Zmei Gorynic) behind it. In the foreground there's a rug with wooden toys on it. Character art I did for The Red Diamond Underground on mastodon. The characters are a part of the Prompt Critical universe. It's been a while since I drew character-centered art (in modern settings) because lately I tend to focus more on scenes. But it was a lot of fun to draw something different.

Solis. Inspired by "Triadic Ballet" by Oskar Schlemmer

The pain returned this week. Now it's quite clear that it's in my wrist. I do bouldering and I think that combined with drawing really messed it up this time. Wearing a hard compression glove this time. Hard to draw with it but I'm getting used to it.
A photo of my hand above my ipad. I wear a compression glove with hard shell inside to support the hand. It was hard to draw with it at first but really forces me to draw from my shoulder. I think it helped a little.

My hand started to hurt really bad last week that I couldn't rotate my wrist. I started stretching my hands before drawing (which I never did before 😶‍🌫️), bought a compression glove, a pencil grip and some massage tools. The pain is almost gone now, I was really worried.

I think it helped the most, to be honest. The pain really seems to go away after I stretch and then use the massage tool.
