My first job was for the United Church - ringing bells and bringing coffins up in the little elevator.
After that, golf courses and a biker bar.
I was 18 before I got my first retail job... It was an independent thrift shop in a small Ontario Town.
On the flip I'm 42 and still work retail.

It was recently pointed out to me that there is likely a whole group of people who can't afford to replace a burned out bulb and are now just using their brights for every day use.
