1/10. What's happening in Texas is nothing short of criminal neglect. Experts had warned that cuts to NOAA/NWS will cost lives. More importantly, Texas politicians are absolutely aware of the flood risks. How so? Their own State Hazard Mitigation Plan says so (more in thread below) #TexasFloods
