Like hitting the side of the tv to get the signal back, common fix for centre backs

We can forgive the poor cross after being kicked in the head though

They are confusing it with the Haaland Om

He’s too South American for Fabian
August 24, 2025 at 1:24 PM
The precedence with those two is the manager wanted them out as well. Trossard went 6 months earlier than expected and think the deal suited everyone.

Price wont drop, its not a new situation we are in and Tony always comes out on top. This attention wouldn't have caught anyone off guard and all the players know hardball only wins if there is a club willing to drop an overinflated price on them.

He was sold after mediocre loans. he needed to move to progress and didn’t want any more loans. We were lucky to get what we got from Coventry, who have to get all the credit for getting him to where he is now. Our pathway doesn’t work for everyone.

Who only just learns compare and contrast at university level.

Not sure what is the lesser evil here. Both are equal in that regard. We got “business as usual” despite the change in party.

I am saying no one has been banned from competitions, just some have had to forfeit before as they couldn’t be demoted to avoid a clash. The palace demolition avoids a clash.
July 11, 2025 at 7:34 PM
it’s not a ban, it’s the protection of having two clubs with enough shared ownership meeting each other, or purposely affecting the competition for their sister club. Before, the 3 comps crossed over so only one team could compete. Now you stay in the competition until the end so no need to kick out

Nike can’t win with that, when the stripes connected before, it created a kit with a massive H on the front of it.

It was a complete breakdown on the day, it was unforgivable and utter shambles yet it was a day of importance for Fabian in his journey. Instead of letting his ego eat him up, it pushed him on. He was a young inexperienced manager to England and top level management, this season was huge for him
May 25, 2025 at 7:30 PM
It was reminiscent of Hyppia versus Millwall. That only happens when there has been a complete breakdown of team and management effort and effectiveness. It was an honest reaction and instead of coming out and giving us a history lesson, he went on to take 13 points from 15

I didn't see a way back for Fab after that game, and I am an optimistic supporter. It was terrible on so many levels. Yet the response after was key, and what you need when you have such a young inexperienced manager - every bad result/performance he has grown from.

Boscagli has an agreement, its a start
May 25, 2025 at 6:05 PM
In the end, it came down to that result. Yet the learning curve for Fabian from that result kick started a change that didn't look like it was coming. Going to be an interesting preseason
May 25, 2025 at 5:58 PM
100% agree. Beat Forest and its a different story. Yet life and football doesn't work like that.

I wouldnt say relieved, last season was the best as a fan and I hope we never belittle the opportunity to visit new cities, grounds and fans. What we can do is see the positives to not over stretch our squad and budget for a completion that brings in a fraction of the money Europa and CL and compete
May 25, 2025 at 5:42 PM
Don't see many annoyed from us, would have been great and going to suck watching Palace tour Europe - last season was for sure the greatest season as a Brighton fan. Lets hope you get equally iconic opponents as we did. For us, we need to take advantage of the midweek rest half the Prem wont have.
May 25, 2025 at 5:35 PM
Would have taken our biggest points haul to clinch Europe, which given the hurdles this season was a step too far, yet looking at certain games was within our reach.
May 25, 2025 at 5:27 PM
One point behind RDZ first season, which would have still got us 6th and Europa. Very much a season of lessons and growth, and frees us from midweek games that half the league are going to be playing.
