all of the professional audio gear I've used has run at 24bit 48kHz at best. so does it make sense to pay for 192 kHz when the best DAC I've got is the Apple USB-C dongle? but if i'm spending money does it make sense to spend $6 on the essentially-future-proof version? i think the answer is "no […]

i'm lucky to have a local record store, but most of the albums I want aren't in stock & would have to be ordered, or is only available used (what do you mean Flood by TMBG is only in production on vinyl and cassette)

It seems to work reliably with file moving disabled, or when moving from the SSHFS mount to a local folder.

The annoying thing is that it wasn't completely broken: files would have like a 5% chance of working. So if you sat there and spammed the save button it might eventually work. But also sometimes not.
