More cormorants with seaweed. This one's an aptly named red-legged cormorant. Just look at those little red feet! I thought there was something wrong with my screen when I looked at the second photo, but that's the actual color of its feet. #birds #photography #Chile

Four gulls (I think Kelp gulls) and a pelican (Peruvian?) stand at the top of a rocky island. The rocks are dark with streaks of guano. The gulls are white and black with yellow beaks. Two sit at the bottom of the photo, one stands with the blue sky behind it and in the top left one is starting to fly off. The pelican blends in with the background of the rocks. These funny ibises are all over Niebla, Chile. The one in the middle is tooting its horn. They sound a bit like a laughing chicken. I don't have a recording, but if you want a chuckle, check out black-faced ibis call on youtube. #birds #photography #nature
