Listening to the sentencing for the assassinato of Marielle Franco and Anderson Gomes in Praça do Lume, in front of Marielle’s statue.

For the last year, for a few mornings each week, I wake up at 5 or 6 and come out here (Praia Vermelha, Rio de Janeiro) to swim for an hour. One of the best things I’ve ever done - when everything feels heavy, somehow I still float.
