Looks like Sound Transit will be purchasing three Brookville streetcars from Portland, to go into service on Tacoma's T Line, in place of the existing Skodas.
Authorizing the chief executive officer to execute an agreement with the City of Portland to purchase their three Brookville LRVs and sell Tacoma Light Rail’s three Skoda LRVs for a total amount of $16,596,000, with a contingency of 10 percent, for a total authorized contract amount not to exceed $18,255,600, plus applicable taxes, contingent upon Board adoption of Resolution No. R2025-30.
