I can’t bring myself to celebrate the “win” of getting to keep the legal rights I already had in the tail of democrats caving and a year full of losses. I mean I’m grateful my marriage is still legal but all things considered this doesn’t feel like a win.

Today is the day. God i hope i made the right decision here. Lol. Permit was approved and today they’re digging up the space and getting ready to lay the slab foundation. Private home studio construction has begun. So at the end of December I’ll no longer have a public facing studio/gallery space.

New work in progress. I want to start loosening up a bit more with my work. My tendency to get more refined is not where I want to go ultimately. I like allowing more happy accidents and experimenting more. Will see how that goes.
