I'm vegetarian, so both the turkey and ham go away. The gravy is mushroom, made with vegetable broth. Green bean casserole can also be made veg.

My favorite cookbooks: Forks Over Knives, Vegetarian 5 Ingredient Cookbook and Eat Vegan on $4 A Day. All have yummy, easy dishes.

I just finished Slayers of Old by Jim Hines. Three people who are mostly retired from doing magic stuff. One used to be....sorta like Buffy. They live in a semi-sentient house/bookstore....stuff starts happening and they have to save the world again. Loved it so much. Found family & family.
