I experience a lot of this with just dissociation as a whole so it's not only helped me understand DID as a disorder, but also help me understand my own dissociation.

This dudes channel is really good in general TBH. A lot of it uses space engine I think? It's one of those big name ones but God even then his content is fucking spectacular. His use of visuals with the facts and music that go along side it make my brain so happy
