If you don't know how to train a dog, don't get one until you can afford to hire a trainer as well.
At the very least, though, even if they don't do that, they should have him in a muzzle. He'll get into a fight with another dog and be euthanized for it at this rate.

Is it just me or are they worse this year? I'm exhausted, the dog is going to have a seizure at this rate, and they just won't stop. It's raining and people are still setting them off.
