We need more aid, and we need less red tape. Given the massive scale of the humanitarian crisis in Burma, with more than 5 million people displaced, we urgently need a massive influx of aid across the country, especially in areas freed from Burmese military control.

We need more aid, and we need less red tape. Given the massive scale of the humanitarian crisis in Burma, with more than 5 million people displaced, we urgently need a massive influx of aid across the country, especially in areas freed from Burmese military control.

Governments and agencies wishing to help the people of Burma following the earthquake must understand that there are multiple administrations in the country as people resist Burmese military occupation. Assistance should not be limited only to Burmese military occupied areas.
