If you don’t want Instagram to crop your photos you can add a white border - white border app - basic is free I think. It’s what I use - @annaphbo if you want to see how it looks.

You need one with a padded waist band to take the weight on your hips and away from your shoulders and back. Difficult to find but Decathlon.co.uk have 20l and 25l that might suit.
