I really hope so Claire. I hope the mural is the link between the wonderful outdoors and everyone who lives in these communities. Thanks for your lovely words and support.

Thank you Claire. It's been fantastic to work with you, get to know you, and share our collective love of where we live. Feeling very lucky.

Thanks Peter. It's going up at Cholsey Pavillion - hopefully in the next few weeks. I'll let you know when.

Sounds like a plan. Don't have a date for when the mural will be installed yet.

Thank you Nancy. We decided on a slightly contemporary style with some graphical features throughout.

Thanks you, Martin, for being part of it in such an informative way. You have an incredible mind and knowledge that I am in awe of. Some of your records are now, forever, part of this mural.

I think the dark truth is that organised crime gangs have infiltrated our systems and networks, in many different areas, for too long. Add to that the fact we have a really poor record of flytipping, litter, recycling and waste management and there you go.

This makes me so angry. We (humans) don't deserve the beauty that these magnificent birds present to the environment!

How's your leg Nicola?

Thanks Chris. It's a subject that fascinates me. Hugh's book seems to be part of a very niche area, but it's one of my most valued books. I'm glad you got a good copy from Abe books.

Very grateful to @ckolonko.bsky.social for coming such a long way to give, what will be, a fascinating talk.

Blimey Nicola! A broken leg! Ouch. I hope you are comfortable and not in pain now? How long will you be bandaged up for? Poor you.

It's a stunning scene Hedley. It was also a wonderful walk yesterday.

You could say I deliver both of those (on a local level) 😏
