As an EDSer whose main gym struggle is keeping my bones IN their sockets rather than the weights themselves, versa grips have been amazing. Today's deadlift PR was an easy 4 sets of 1.3× my bodyweight.
Considering I could barely enter the gym without crying 3 years ago, I'm really proud of myself 🥹
