From what I can see, there are 4600+ cards in Netrunner. It does not matter if there's no rare chasing, the addiction will kick in :(

Just looked at the RAW movement rules and yeah, I believe that should be "you MAY move along a number of Paths equal to your Speed stat"

You can move up to your Move stat so you can move less than it yeah.
