I was happy to see how a federal judge ruled on Texas's gerrymandering on Monday. If this decision doesn't get reversed, yes, we may still have a chance.

If the Supreme Court decides Louisiana v. Callais the way they sound like they may decide it (given oral arguments last month) the number of Republican seats the House would gain could keep the House in their control for decades.

I'd like to be optimistic about 2027, but too much is up in the air.

Well 2027 is very far away and that's a very optimistic view of what Democrats can make happen in 2027 when they're struggling so much now.
