Couple of sights today during some meandering across the northern tier. A USMC Cessna UC-35 from VMR-1 at KDLH, Duluth International Airport; and Blue Angel 7 at Fargo Hector International.

Battle of Britain; Tora, Tora, Tora, course. A much lesser-known WWII film was Jimmy Cagney’s “Captain of the Clouds,” about the Empire Flight Training scheme, more or less. More modern: TG, TGM and Flight of the Intruder.

Flew on a PBA DC-3 back in the early 80s, Key West - Miami, and see the Basler birds around Manitoba and western Ontario regularly.
