The microphone sound wasn't too bad and better than the last show - though not as good as shows before that (when, to be fair, it was exceptional).

Also, this piece calculates the average salary for 'Boriswave' immigrants (including dependents) to be higher than that of the average British national: t.co/ow16uaqzQB. Presumably this means they will pay more tax on average.

I suppose it's beyond the remit of the OBR to say what measures would, in their estimation, produce the highest long term growth - or to model different budget scenarios and report the results.

Illegally should at least be in quotes, no? Because refugees are entitled to claim asylum under the Refugee Convention which the UK has signed up to, no? (And never mind that in recent years asylum has been granted either directly or on appeal for the majority of applicants.)
