I compiled some thoughts on the strategic implications of Ukraine’s audacious “Operation Spiderweb”

A lot of folks are talking about the immediate impact, but I wanted to focus on how this strike will reverberate globally.

Unlocked for everyone.

Pardoning your co-conspirators to own the libs!

Most of their charges are state charges, so this doesn’t actually help them. It’s gross, but it doesn’t really move the needle.

I’m leaving this post up for transparency’s sake, but I just got some clarification on the federal RIF reinstatement/moratorium.

It only stops them from re-firing people until January of 2026 - I thought it was also a year.

So yeah, there’s not much of a win here. Apologies for the misread.
Honestly, this is likely as good of a deal as the Democrats are going to get.

Reinstates fired federal workers. Prevents admin from re-firing them. SNAP funding for a year, and an ACA vote in December.

Voters are already blaming the GOP for the ACA - make them vote against it.

FWIW, this deal isn’t finalized yet.

If you want Democrats to keep fighting, call your Senator.

The vote to advance the bill will likely succeed, but all that does is tee up a final up/down vote.

That’s fair. We can definitely disagree and still be friends!

That being said, like I said in the comments: I don’t like this deal. I just don’t think the Democrats are going to get a better one.

It’s been 40 days of nothing but “no” from the GOP.
Have never said this to you, but this is a horseshit take, Angry.

Trump isn’t going to do anything to address ridiculous prices, but he will let you mortgage a house for 50 years!

His banker buddies will LOVE that. A $400,000 house will cost you a million dollars over 50 years.

What’s next, 10 year auto loans? 🤢
Trump and his cronies are now pushing 50-year mortgages.

Buckle up. This is going to make the 2008 mortgage crisis look like the good old days.

The current GOP lie is that they’re going to replace Obamacare with something better.

Bullshit. In all of the majorities they’ve had since Obamacare passed, they’ve never once tried to replace it.

They’ve tried to repeal it a whole bunch, but never actually make it better.

This is a really stupid idea, but that shouldn’t surprise anyone

Alright folks, here we go! Ask me anything, 30ish mins, gogo!

I’m just saying, but if I had just gotten completely shellacked on Tuesday, I wouldn’t be asking SCOTUS to let me starve millions of people 3 days later.
November 8, 2025 at 2:09 AM
Trump:

- Doesn’t want to talk about prices or employment.

- Is asking SCOTUS *right now* to let him stop funding SNAP so he can use hunger as a weapon.

- Is still lying about trillions of dollars in tariffs.

All while he builds a ballroom and remodels the White House.

Remember when Harris said she would go after price gouging companies and everyone yelled about communism?

Fun times.

We’re less than a year into his presidency and we’re seeing recession-like layoffs, MTG is calling Trump a liar on CNN, Megyn Kelly and Ben Shapiro are beefing, and GOP influencer accounts are accusing Trump of gaslighting.

Well-oiled machine!

It’s been 45 days since Adelita Grijalva was elected by the people of Arizona.

Mike Johnson is still refusing to swear her in because she’s the final vote for the discharge petition to release the Epstein files.

It’s tough being the oldest president in history. Low energy! Sad!

Layoffs rise to recession-like levels in October.

Best economy in the world. All he had to do was not fuck it up, and he fucked it up.

I’m kind of in burn it all down mode.

I hope they nuke the filibuster.

Think of all the fun stuff we can pass when we’re the majority again.

Did you know that the GOP Congress has worked less than 20 days since July?

Yet we’re still paying their full salary.
November 5, 2025 at 3:42 PM
Today would be a good day to fund the ACA and end the GOP shutdown.
November 5, 2025 at 12:24 PM
It’s almost like pretending that Democrats had the worst approval rating in history and simply ignoring this unmitigated dumpster fire was a bad strategy.

It’s early, but this might be my favorite tweet.

The GOP was already freaking out about the impending Trump effect on the midterms.

Now they’re fucking terrified.
