But I've had a brilliant day! It started in the hot tub, then we went to Paphos for a terrific lunch - and marvelled at how it's changed since we were here in 2004.
Then, we went to a local restaurant recommended by our hosts. And that was lovely too.

He gave me the injection. It was painful and made my knee hurt more for two days. The pain is lessening, but I still need a stick to help me get around for now.
