XCX: ~168 hours (on WiiU, I think the Def Edition is longer with additional story connecting it to XC lore in general)

Total: 762 hours 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

That'd be tough...

I've seen people saying it doesn't matter where you start Xenoblade, be it 1, 2, 3. But I'd say go within order. Like, seriously. 1, Future Connected (optional but better if you play it), 2, Torna, 3, Future Redeemed.

Since it's canon now (?), XCX is optional as well.

I'm not kidding about how slow it is, like seriously super slow, it almost feels like my SumatraPDF's crashing whenever I open a small pdf file 😂

I can put up with it for more than a year, though, so it's not that bad bad, just slow.
