Remember, you’re not emotionally immature or bad or broken — you’re a deeply feeling person rewiring a survival-based nervous system. The fact that you’re here, asking questions and exploring your inner world, proves your capacity for growth.

Sometimes as people with either unresolved trauma and/or neurodivergence, we can be very hard on ourselves. Believing that our reactions and interpretations are emotionally immature. That we're to blame for conflict in relationship, and even that we're inherently bad or broken.
