My cat Pistachio, an orange boy, is hiding with his head around the corner of the couch. His sister Pepper is laying in the sun by the back door. It's open but the glass storm door is safely closed, she can't get out. I snuck around the corner and got a picture of Pistachio's head. He can't believe I caught him. In retaliation he's going to continue to destroy my leather couch with his claws.

Shortly after the first Trump election I ran into Wilson Cruz in a hotel bar. My flight was delayed, his was delayed. This was as Discovery was kicking off & I only knew him from My So-Called Life (era defining!! Unfairly cancelled!!). We hung out, drank beer, talked the importance of kindness.

Any grammar or language people on here who really want to have an aneurysm?
Sign on shower at rental home. It says "Water Conservation. Guest, Lopez and Orcas Islands are homes are serviced by water wells located on the property. Please be observant, not to over use the well water. This can also effect the sewer septic system, if water is allowed to run continuous." All errors original to message.

As a marine ecologist and social scientist it is weird to stand with my feet in the ocean and not know the local name. 😄 Best answer seems to be the Korea Strait, where Yellow Sea meets East China Sea meets West Sea. The Pacific ocean. But every place I look it up seems to have a different name.

Have you ever thought to yourself, I wish I could get really bad tasting cough syrup, but then chew it instead of just swallowing it quickly? If so, have I got a product for you! I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't the horror I encountered...
Jar of New! Adult Robitussin Long-Acting Cough Soft Chews. It promises FAST relief ANYWHERE with up to eight hour cough relief but I am not sure eight hours of cough relief, if it occurs, is worth the "berry flavor" of the chews.

Great turnout at Lincoln City No Kings rally, especially considering my small county of ~40K had NK rallies in at least two other towns at the same time. Went full @fwmj.bsky.social clothing, seemed appropriate. 😄

Aurora was a bust but the beach is pretty.
