The thing about Dareon is, under normal circumstances, I would agree with him abandoning the Night's Watch in Braavos. The guy was brought there against his will, who cares about an oath that was sworn under coercion? Screw the Wall, go taste that peach, dude. But he knows the stakes, he knows why

It's been way more than a decade hut Leslie Neilson made the transition so successfully that today people forget he was considered a dramatic actor before Airplane. What made him so funny was his ability to say such ridiculous dialogue with complete sincerity and gravitas.
