During 2020 and 2021 I made so many personal pieces!

They were a small treat I'd allow mysef in exchange for losing my sanity lol (facing isolation, covid, and other stuff)

Since then I'm barely drawing outside work, but I feel like my brush economy & contrasts are a bit better.

Had a lovely weekend with thick fog, soju (never tried it and it's delicious!), gaming, and reading.

I'm anxious about August and September (new classes and schedules will be cramped), but keeping weekends light so it's sustainable. <3

I don't look for these characters exactly, but I'd draw Ingrams, the Patlabor crew uniforms, labors and the Reanimation art. Years later I gathered everything and it filled 2 file folders.

To this day this still answers a lot about my art style, although I don't draw robots and mecha

The initial stages of this illustration involved figuring the city itself, and how to feature its landmark building.

• A hand photo I snapped to help refining the final gesture. The lighting doesn't match the portrait but it was enough to fix anatomy and add detail
