Ukraine successfully destroyed Russia's oil export terminal in Novorossiysk and no Russia oil is currently capable of being exported out from the Black Sea now. Russia is losing hundreds of millions of dollars in export revenue for every day their export terminals remain offline.

Ukraine successfully struck their next Russian oil refinery in Tatarstan. Russia is preparing to shut off all mobile internet service in the country to force people to access the internet only through official government portals and the official state surveillance app MAX.
