I get that you're trying to be protective of BTS and looking to crush unfair criticism before the comeback but a longtime fan expressing concern about BTS being taken advantage of to her 3 followers on bluesky just doesn't feel like the way to go man idk

1) what would I possibly have to gain by lying about this 2) I said "scooter's people" as in the HYBE America employees he hired. HA has been doing A&R for HYBE artists in the west for a few years, I think since Nicole left 3) Scooter is literally credited as part of the A&R team on Golden.

Like when Jimin did that interview where he said they gained popularity in the u.s. bc u.s. fans got their songs on the radio...like baby we TRIED but BTS songs have NEVER been big on the radio . just getting the sense that their a/r team (scooter's team btw) are just flat out lying to them

Actually, even if they don't care to be taken seriously in the west... like I s2god I'm starting to suspect those poor men have fucking weirdos lying to them about what US fans want bc everyone they work w anymore is pretty clearly using them and some of the assumptions they have about i-army...

I just think if BTS want to be taken seriously in the west it would help if they stopped working with people clearly trying to grift them
