We gained consent for this a few weeks ago. Really enjoyed the process of pre-app and then negotiating the final planning application. We did this without a planning consultant and are overjoyed to have gained consent. Hoping to build it next year.

Had a lovely day on Friday supporting some friends riding from London to Stratford-Upon-Avon. We donated bags and bags of cycling kit to Cyclist Fighting Cancer. A brilliant initiative.
