The only way I'd give him any leeway would be if over the next 2 games, he shows he has learned some things from Saturday, like changing players, formations, style of play, making subs earlier etc. If on Wednesday he goes back to his previous ways & we lose, then he deserves anything he gets.

Something Leeds needs to work on, and quickly, is to master some of the darker arts in football. Its all well & good being all fair etc, but when all the other teams aren't then it puts you at a distinct disadvantage.

I am currently working in Tunisia where the Hannibal is from and tomorrow i am moving from the rig I am currently on to start work on the Hannibal Terminal! Hopefully it won't be that horrible there!

Oh yeah, definitely mate, but that's my point. It's hard to get even 1 decent result at this level, never mind a couple, but if we can play more like we did in the 2nd half yesterday than how we've previously been playing then we'll have a chance. Just hope that DF learned somethings from yesterday

But that 5 or 6 point gap is pretty considerable considering how tough points are gonna be to pick up going forwards, plus we have a very tough run of games upcoming so I feel that gap is only going to widen.

Yeah, they could do but you gotta assume that the higher quality of squad that the established PL teams have, plus their deeper pockets, should see them be able to grind out the points required, whereas surely we're gonna be very limited in January.

Right? There was definitely a much greater societal difference between 67 & 97, than between 97 & current times.
