From my commute this week: A driver uses the calming circle as a slip lane onto the neighbourhood 30k greenway.

People are conditioned to think that driving in the winter is normal, and cycling or walking is extreme and dangerous. Winter driving is only possible because of a massive investment in snow clearing operations.
We deserve the same level of care for sidewalks and bike paths.
